Who we are

Spiner is developed and operated by King Gilgamesh s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 21769354, registered office Lihovarská 1060/12, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 406223 (“we”, “us”). These terms are governed by Czech law.

License

Spiner is proprietary software licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on your devices. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Reverse-engineering, decompiling or modifying the application requires our prior written permission.

Plans, payments & refunds

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full functionality — no payment details required. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app subscription portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Lifetime is a single payment that does not renew. It gives the account that bought it access to Spiner on Windows and macOS, including all future updates, for as long as we offer Spiner. It is tied to that account and cannot be transferred or resold. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase; access ends when the refund is made. If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is running, the subscription ends immediately so you are not charged again; write to us and we will refund the unused part of it.

Acceptable use

The application is intended to support healthy posture during computer work. You agree to use it in compliance with applicable laws and not for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including monitoring any person without their knowledge and consent.

Third-party software

Spiner incorporates open-source components (including Qt/PySide6, OpenCV and others) that are licensed under their own terms, and exercise animations licensed from GymVisual. The full list and license texts are included with the application (THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt in the installation folder, also reachable from the app's About screen). The animations and other bundled media may not be extracted or redistributed separately from Spiner.

Not medical advice

Spiner is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you experience pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Liability

The application is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential.
