Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
License
Spiner is proprietary software licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on your devices. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Reverse-engineering, decompiling or modifying the application requires our prior written permission.
Subscriptions & refunds
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full functionality — no payment details required. Paid plans (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app subscription portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
The application is intended to support healthy posture during computer work. You agree to use it in compliance with applicable laws and not for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including monitoring any person without their knowledge and consent.
Third-party software
Spiner incorporates open-source components (including Qt/PySide6, OpenCV and others) that are licensed under their own terms. The full list and license texts are included with the application (THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt in the installation folder).
Not medical advice
Spiner is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you experience pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Liability
The application is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential.
